Lazy Load Image

Build a Lazy Loading Image component.

Requirements

• Render a placeholder (e.g. low-res thumbnail or blur block) initially.
• Start fetching and rendering the high-res image only when the element enters the viewport.
• Clean up Observer registration correctly.
